MIS / performance cockpits
A large number of reports from different systems are not usually very helpful when making management decisions. Only when these data are consolidated within a management information system (MIS) can complex relationships become visible.
A management information system is based on a flexible, modular data matrix covering financial, market, client, process, employee, and development information. Data that are relevant to management are derived from the company’s strategy and business processes and presented transparently in a central model (the MIS).
We have identified relevant management information and consolidated it into a central system in a number of projects. Our solid experience in this field allows us to focus on what is most important without losing sight of the long-term goals as regards the design of the MIS.
