In succession planning, specialized and tailored solutions are sought, because changes in management and ownership of a business often imply radical transformations.
Both the entrepreneur and the business must be prepared. The business must adapt precociously to the succession regarding its strategy, structure and culture. Depending on the initial position, this process can last up to 3 years. Accordingly, a succession plan should be addressed accurately and precociously.
