- Management of the project planning and implementation of the project
- Ensuring and coordinating the project planning, on schedule and within the cost specifications
- Supervision of the contracted project planning and building site offices and undertakings
- Ensuring the procurement process in line with statutory requirements
- Organization of the project administration
- Ensuring the flow of information and public relations work
