- To rebuild the entire Fire and Security Lab of Siemens in Männedorf (formerly Cerberus) at the new site in Zug

- Conducting preliminary study, including special fire lab, into conception, location search and selection, cost estimates, realization timetable
- Drawing up general plans for all works, in other words, HVAC, sanitation and electrics, architecture and construction and advising users
- Acting as technical planner for all technical building equipment, including special fire lab
- Carrying out demolition and conversion work
- Managing project, including construction accounting
