Software Design and Hardware Development for a high-frequency Generator
Helbling Technik developed the hardware and control software for a high-frequency generator.
Procedure:
- Development of the product concept including power feed, high frequency generation, and additional power supplies
- Choice and layout of circuit components, particularly semiconductors and inductors
- Limitation of switching transistors to standard components (without HF-components)
- Software design of control software using UML
- Flexible data structure in order to process the various monitored signals in the best possible manner with fixed point arithmetic
- Platform-independent software development
- Development and integration of various digital filters for the control software
